Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at kathacotton@gmail.com.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout.
What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from premium quality cotton and carefully selected fabrics that provide comfort, breathability and durability.
How should I care for my Cotton Kathaa products?
• Gentle machine wash using cold water.
• Tumble dry on low heat.
• For dark coloured bedsheets, soak them in salt and vinegar water for 10–15 minutes before the first wash.
• Use a gentle detergent.
• Avoid bleach to maintain fabric quality.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for size or colour variants (subject to availability).
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Product returns are not available.
Care Guide
Bedsheets & Dohar
- Machine wash in cold or lukewarm water (30°C max).
- Use a mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
- Wash separately for the first 2–3 washes.
- Do not wring.
- Dry in shade.
- Iron on medium heat while slightly damp.
- Pure cotton gets softer with every wash.
Razai
- Dry clean is recommended.
- Air regularly in a ventilated area.
- Spot clean with mild soap.
- Store in a breathable cotton bag.
- Do not compress for long periods.
Tips for Longer Product Life
- Rotate between 2–3 sets of bedsheets.
- Wash new bedsheets before first use.
- Use a mattress protector.
